The Middle Fork Willamette Watershed Council, Long Tom Watershed Council, Willamalane Park and Recreation District, and the City of Springfield are exploring opportunities to restore Island Park Slough, which is fed by the Springfield Millrace and several public and private storm water pipes from the heart of downtown Springfield.
