Oregon Brewshed Alliance-SOLVE Middle Fork Willamette River Clean-up

Join Oregon Wild, the Oregon Brewshed Alliance, SOLVE Oregon, and groups around the country as we celebrate Plant a Tree Day. Join your community to improve the recreational and ecological value of our local stretch of the Middle Fork Willamette River. This event will provide a great opportunity to contribute to a healthy environment by picking up litter, pulling invasive weeds, and caring for native plants; and also a chance to connect with new people and communities. Come prepared to get a little dirty, and we will provide the gloves, trash bags, tools, and pre- and post-work refreshments. Sturdy footwear and work gloves are recommended.
Kids accompanied by an adult welcome.

Schedule:
8:00-8:30am – Sign-in, refreshments
8:30-9:00am – Introduction
9:00-11:30am – Litter pickup, mulching, invasive plant removal, native plant care
11:30am- Noon – Food and drink!
