2024 Annual Celebration

The MFWWC annual celebration brings together our amazing community, partners, funders, and supporters.

Focused on fun and connection, this event gathers our community for an outdoor celebration with music, food, drinks, and great conversation. Please join us for an opportunity to celebrate all the work we have done this year, recognize the funders who support us and all the volunteers who make our education program possible. Our goal this year is to raise unrestricted funds for our restoration projects, which allow us to have flexible funding to use where it’s most needed throughout project planning and implementation. Please help us raise funds by participating in the silent auction!

Bring yourself, your kids and your significant others, but please leave your pets at home. Tickets are required for this years event, Please RSVP by April 25th. There will be several ADA parking spaces at the event.

Silent Auction

This year we will have a silent auction table with items from local artists, businesses, and various offerings. Make sure to stop by the auction table and make a few bids that help us reach our fundraising goal and go home with a memorable prize. Examples of auction items this year include gift certificate from Westfir Lodge, a guided fly fishing outing with Willamette Valley Fly Fishing, and a beginners boating package from Oregon Water Shed.

Live Music

We are so excited to have In the Alley join us to provide live music for the evening! So, bring your dancing shoes! A big thanks to Rosana for donating the band’s time this year.

René Taco food truck

Food will be provided at the event, from an awesome local taco truck vendor!

Please specify your food choice during the check out process of purchasing your ticket.

Taco plates will include two tacos of your choice of carne asada, Adobada (pork), roasted chicken or vegetarian nopales (cactus) with cheese. Other beverages, snacks, sides will be provided as well.

Drinks at the event

Plank Town Brewing is providing food and beer for the event!
If you would like to visit the bar throughout the night please purchase a drink ticket at registration.
